Support

Write to support@hakusoft.ai. A person reads it. Telling us your city and the venue you were looking at makes almost every problem faster to fix.

Reporting a wrong price or time

This is the most useful thing you can send us. Fourish reads prices and windows from venues’ own public pages, so when one is wrong it is usually because the venue changed its menu and we have not re-read it yet — or because the page said something we misread.

Include the venue name, the city, and what the correct answer is. Every card in the app shows a “Verified” date and links to the page we read it from, which tells us both how stale we are and where to look.

Common questions

Why does it say nothing is on near me?

There are two different answers and the app distinguishes them. If it says nobody has checked your area yet, we have not crawled it — we record that you asked and go and look. If it says nothing is running, we have looked and there genuinely is nothing on at that hour. Try the time chips, or “Later today”.

A venue is listed but shows dashes instead of prices

That venue published a happy hour window but not what anything costs. We show the window and leave the prices blank rather than invent them.

Do I need an account?

For prices, no — those are free to everyone. An account raises your save limit and syncs your saved venues across devices.

How do I get my data, or delete it?

Both are in the You tab. Export writes everything we hold about you to a readable file. Delete removes your rows from our database and asks our authentication provider to delete your login; your saved venues on the phone are cleared at the same time.

The areas you asked us to check are separate — they are keyed to the installation rather than to you, so deleting an account cannot find them. Clear them with “Forget the areas I asked about”, or wait 30 days.

Can I use it without giving my location?

Yes. Skip the permission and type a neighbourhood, city or ZIP. Fourish only checks location when you open it, never in the background.

Face ID isn’t unlocking the app

That check happens entirely on your device, so it is usually an iOS-level problem: confirm Face ID works elsewhere, and that Fourish is still permitted under Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Other Apps. You can always fall back to signing in.

Deleting your account

You can do it yourself from the You tab — you do not need to ask us, and it takes effect immediately. If you cannot get into the app for any reason, write to support@hakusoft.ai from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
