What Fourish is
Fourish is run by Hakusoft, a sole proprietorship of Justin Weske (“we”). It shows happy hour windows and prices read from venues' own public pages, and happy hours, prices and corrections people send us. Anything a person added is labelled “Added by a Fourish user”, never shown as read from the venue. A place we learn has closed is taken off the list and the map. Prices and times change; check with the venue before you go.
Your account
You need an account to send us information from the app and to save more than a few places. The venue form on this site does not need one. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can export or delete your account at any time from the You tab.
Plus
Plus is a subscription or a one-time purchase sold through Apple: $14.99 a year, $2.99 a month, or $39.99 once for Plus for good, with nothing to renew. The price the app shows before you pay is the one that applies. A yearly or monthly subscription may start with a 1-month free trial; the app says so, and what it becomes, before you start one. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Buying Plus once does not cancel a yearly or monthly subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Prices and every fact about a venue stay free; Plus adds things such as alerts, filters, re-checks, night planning and unlimited saved places.
What you send us
When you submit a happy hour, a price, a correction, a confirmation or a report, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, edit for accuracy and length, publish and display it in Fourish, with or without your name. You must only send what you believe is true and have the right to share.
If you run a venue
If you send us your venue's happy hour, you confirm that you are authorised to share it for that venue. A person reviews every submission before anything is published. We publish the facts — days, times and prices — and we may decline or edit a submission. We use your contact email only to ask about that submission.
What you must not do
Do not scrape the app or its API, send false or abusive information, or try to get around a limit or a paid feature.
No warranty
Fourish is provided as is. We work to keep it right and say where every fact came from, but we do not promise that any price or time is current.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hakusoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Fourish.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new version date. Material changes are announced in the app.
